What this website and our forms collect, how we handle photographs of young people, and how to ask us to remove something.
This website
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party cookies.
Your language choice is saved in your own browser so the site opens in the same language next time. It never leaves your device.
Forms
Our forms are hosted by third-party services: Tencent Questionnaire on Chinese pages, and Tally or Google Forms on English pages. Each form asks only for what we need to reply to you or to process an application, such as your name, school, email address and team details.
We use what you send us only for The Evergreen Action and its programs. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Photographs of young people
Most participants in our programs are minors. We publish photographs in which an individual student can be clearly identified only with consent.
We do not publish students’ full names in captions, results or galleries. We use team names and schools instead.
Asking us to remove a photo
If you would like a photograph of yourself or your child removed, email us with a link to the page and a short description of the photo. We will take it down promptly.
